The position
You will be working in the Swedish-Danish IT department with total 20 people, where you will work in a smaller team. You will get experience in how to independently take on responsibility, to work towards deadlines and to work with people from different departments and teams.
The position is a part-time temporary position for one year, with possibilities for extension. You will work approximatley 50 hours per month.
Your responsibilities:
- Purchase and service coordination: Creating and updating purchase orders for different projects and SLA for the IT department
- Budget and cost tracking, ensure highest quality at a detailed level in the different systems and budget reporting Assisting IT Specialists with different SAP tasks
Qualifications
You are a university student preferably in economics and/or IT. You are a thorough and positive person with a great interest in the automotive sector. You find it easy to build relationships and with your unpretentious way, you will be quickly appreciated by the team members. You have very good knowledge of English and are fluent in Swedish or Danish. You have a strong administratively ability with an eye for details where you see and understand the big picture. Knowledge of IT as well as economic terms and process documentation is an advantage.
